Amy had me complete Disclosure Statements ahead of time and gave me a couple of suggestions to make the house/property more appealing to the eye. I knew before we even thought of selling that the septic system would have to be updated and Amy worked it out with the contractor to complete the work and they would get paid at the time of closing. When the house went on the market on a Friday afternoon, Sunday evening (2 days later) after four showings we accepted the third offer and closed a month later. And our family no longer having our home base be in our hometown. That is big stuff and Amy was there for us.
